In this context, consideration is made on UNICEF as an organization within the public health sector. Just like in any organization, the mission at UNICEF acts as a driving force through which the organization operates. In this case, the purpose is to pioneer for the rights of the children ("Health management," 2020). It does this by providing the necessary amenities and giving them opportunities to advance their skills and build their potential. Through this, children can increase their chances of bettering their lives. Following the mission statement of the organization, working with UNICEF is crucial in ensuring that these children attain quality life (Gershoni, 2020). Also, in instances of disasters or calamities, this organization makes different strategies which ensure that children within this scope are helped. Concerning the vision statement, UNICEF performs actions that make it more versatile in handling disastrous situations more efficiently. The vision of the company is to ensure that they make a massive difference in the life of children (Frieden, 2020). They do this by improvising new strategies for development. Through this analogy, the organization can recognize the rights of every child. As such, it becomes easy to strategize and make decisions that are in line with the rights of the children. The vision statement helps the organization in making the lives of individuals better in so many ways ("Health management," 2020). By improving the safety of the child, they will guarantee longer and healthy lives. Through the organization processes, I can work efficiently about the vision and mission to help children improve the quality of their lives (Frieden, 2020). Ideally, most of the illness and death of children is a result of poor and unhealthy living conditions. As such, creating a safe place is one of how children can be saved
